At needs24.de we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a hassle-free returns policy. Please note that this policy only applies to orders within Germany.
Returns:
If you wish to return an item, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order to begin the returns process. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition and packaging, showing no signs of wear or damage. We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these criteria.
Once we or the relevant retailer has received your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless there was an error on our part, such as sending the wrong item.

Exchange:
We currently do not offer an exchange option. If you want to exchange an item, you must return the original item and place a new order.
Refunds:
If you are eligible for a refund, you can expect it within 5-7 business days of receiving your returned item. Please note that it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed by your bank or credit card company.
